About Me: I’ve always been involved with Sports throughout my whole life, upon starting rugby I wasn’t sure how to implement weights alongside the demands of training. I was often tired and wasn’t making changes in the ways I wanted. Since starting work with 3P Rugby I’ve become much faster, my agility and sidestep have improved and as a direct result of that I have gained international caps in both 7s and 15s.

About Me: I was the man of glass. Always injured, always pushed too hard and trained like a bodybuilder in the gym not knowing what I was doing. I would manage to get to a pretty good level but inevitably would get injured soon after setting me back. Since starting 3P Rugby I have got into by far and away the best shape of my life and have made it through my first full pre-season without injury. I can see now that less is sometimes more!

About Me: After suffering a chronic hip problem which forced me to take a break from Rugby I had lost all motivation and allowed myself to get out of shape and wasn’t playing at the standard I knew I could. 3P Rugby got me in the best shape of my life and since starting work with them I’ve been part of the winning team in Dubai and forced my way into the starting 10 role at Falkirk RFC. My journey is not complete but 3P will help me reach the best version of myself possible.

About Me: Having never used a gym before I was extremely excited to start as I knew the professionals use it often. I didn’t know what to do for best effect and that’s where 3P Rugby has helped me excel. The focus is on technique and I can really feel the benefit to my fitness and strength on the pitch. The training is done in a safe controlled manner, I’m always learning and never feel out of my depth.
